What happens during a complimentary home consultation?

A home consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure visit where we come to your property, present our product range, and take detailed measurements. The appointment typically lasts 30 to 60 minutes, depending on how many windows you wish to cover.

We bring our complete sample collection — fabric swatches for rollers, venetians, Romans, and curtains, plus colour samples for shutters and Perfect Fit blinds. You can hold materials against your windows and evaluate how they look under your own lighting. This is far more reliable than selecting from a small swatch in a showroom.

Once you have made your selections, we measure every window with precision. We check for obstructions — handles, vents, radiators — and note recess depth and any frame irregularity.

Afterwards, we provide a written quotation on the spot. The price covers the blinds, measuring, and fitting. There are no supplementary charges added later. If the quotation suits you, we place the order. If not, there is no obligation and no follow-up sales pressure.

Manufacturing typically takes two to three weeks. Once complete, we schedule a fitting appointment at a time convenient to you.
